you're going to get a lot of push back asking that question here. not only that, its not just the cost of the printer, but the ink, media, computer, designer. You need a large enough area to hold your equipment and a space to actually make the signs. sign production isn't a bigger version of...

  4. Workers' comp insurance costs

It depends on how your business is set up. When we were an LLC, owners were not required to have it. Now that we are INC, we are required. ALSO, if you do any government (or even private) contract jobs, they may require you to have it even if the state doesn't.
  5. Workers' comp insurance costs

we just went through this... my employee's rate is the highest, 9% of his salary. 9. Where do you get your Mimaki ES3 inks from?

We have been ordering from Pioneer but they were bought by Grimco who doesn't carry Mimaki Inks. I've looked at other places that I've ordered from in the past, and I can't find anyone who is still carrying OEM. Well, I found one, but I don't like to order from them if I don't have to.

I have hundreds of examples of this statement being completely untrue. We have used Avery for 11 years, and I have never once seen any of their colored vinyls react like this, calendared or cast.
  19. NEED HELP! LAMINATING 54" PROBLEMS

I can attest to this happening to our laminator, i think we have the same as you. The rolls are slightly indented at 54" where the material is normally fed. We were having issues with it but then realized we just needed to reload the laminate an inch or so to one side so it grips again.
  20. GAP AUTO INSURANCE

I was in an accident when I was 17. I got a pretty small payout, which I wasn't really okay with but it went on for so long I just said fine. Had I realized that I would have lasting emotional issues from the accident, I would have pushed for way more than I received. I was caught in the...
