I have a job labeling the back doors (painted steel) of a large apartment complex. They have to be reflective... which way would you do it? Its qty 150 doors, and the numbers will be about 2.5" tall. If i use alumin, I'll installed it with VHB.

I have a test on my window right now... I printed in reverse on cal matte lam and installed it on the inside of the window. Its very light frost, but the printed part looks great on both the inside and outside.

you can wash dye sub materials... there are a lot of cut & sew clothes that are polyester with dyesub.

they only times i've had to deal with that is when the job is $10K or more. And yeah, i'll fill out paperwork for good money. If its under $500 or so, they should be able to expense it or use a credit card.
