Although I moved in June, I finally had a few extra hour over the last couple weeks to finish all the details.
Trim, paint touch-up etc.
So here it is.
30' X 40' - 10' Ceiling
In-Floor Radiant Heat
Acid Stain- Epoxy/Urethane Floor
13 Sets of T3 Bulbs
A ton of outlets including 2- 220V

Love your pics Signosaurus. Mark Knopfler is by far may favorite guitar player of all time. A lot of people can sound like SRV and Hendrix, but nooobody sounds like Knopfler. Also love Chet and Bonamassa.
Tried to find Chet & Jerry Reed playing don't thin twice it's alright, but it seems to have...
That's quite a range of Music Fred.
Here's two I'm working on learning over the Holidays.
Almost got the first one down.

Well said Gino.
I agree that a print-cut machine is fine and doesn't hold up production for my shop.
And sticking with the beast you know may be better than the beast you don't.
I'm also aware that mentality can leave you in the dust in a market like ours.
However, thanks to the advice here, I'm...
A lot of great input so far. But I think I'm even more on the fence than I was before. The big shows are easy to get romantic about any printer while they're printing vibrant pictures of red F-1 cars and Flower Bouquets, but then I realize that there are 12 reps and techs running these machines...
So I'm going to be upgrading my printer next year. I'm torn; and I mean torn on what to get.
I have an SP300V and have been very happy with it, but I would like a 54"
I've been to two ISA shows and looked at the HPs, as well as the Rolands.
My shop is a one-man operation, but I am quite busy all...
For those of you who aren't aware, there's a 9 month long around the world sailboat race going on right now. It's the only sport I watch. Seven boats started the race from Spain last month. Unfortunately there are only 6 remaining... but no one was hurt and all are safe. The only injuries are to...
60 Degree for laminated material
45 Degree for cast / cal vinyl.
I use cheaper blades but change them out every month or two.
Also try adjusting your downforce.
I use 150 grams for Oracal 3551 and 290 Lam. -Sp300V
About 80-90 grams on cast vinyl
Congrats on the purchase Scott!
If I had the room I'd have considered one for sure.
However, I'm surprised that the EZY Taper gets overlooked when on this subject.
I love mine. It takes up little space and does all of the same tasks.
I'm looking for a semi-gloss vinyl to match an OEM Dodge Hemi Challenger 2014
Tried to do an install for the local dealership and messed up the job. They had to order the whole car kit in from Dodge at $1,400 and all I need is a yard or two of 30"
Does anyone know who makes this material or who...
Well said. I DO think if you are tired of educating customers then you are tired of the business. If you have to explain the same thing over and over to customers that should tell you it is common to not understand a certain aspect of what we do. And just because you explained the same thing...
Ok, I've never vented on this forum, but I need to this week.
Had a guy call me. His usual "decal guy" doesn't have a printer and he needs some multi-colored graphics done. But he's on a budget because he's on disability. He then shows up with his 2012 Dodge Ram that has more accessories than...
So after looking at the Ezy Taper At the ISA show in both Vegas and Orlando, I pulled the trigger and bought one.
I got a demo model and saved about $1000.00
When I was researching them I had a hard time finding real-world reviews of them,so I thought I'd share my experience so far.
I've had the...
