Well... If your main board is fried, your heads may be clogged, if they are not flushed. It may be a waste of money to have it fixed, as you are looking at $6-8k to replace the heads, plus the main board. Maybe up to a $10k job... You can get a good one for that price, and keep the other...

Check the pump manually, when turning it forwards, it seals, turning it backwards opens it. If only the black- it's probably bad, as 2 heads / pump.

I have installed FlexiSign pro 8 on Win 7 64. I think most things that work on Vista work better with 7... Hated Vista, went back to XP on all computers, but like 7. Only thing I have not been able to run in Win7 is Daemontools.

In Flexisign, you can reduce each color in the rip. We have consistently had to bring magenta down to 80% or so to get correct colors out of the canned profiles. We also try different profiles to find one that's good, depending on the job.
