FYI, NazDar's 9700 "all purpose" ink works just fine on vinyl substrates and is a whole lot less caustic and smelly and cleans up allot easier too. We're a long time flat stock screen shop and haven't used vinyl ink in 15 years at least.

Have you tried opening the jpg in PhotoShop and dragging and dropping into an open Illy file?

Why open it instead of just placing it? You can't edit a jpeg in illy anyhow.

I bought a couple of colors but haven't actually installed them yet. I did talk to a Signs Now who has been using them for over a year and he was quite pleased with them.

Personally, I use mine quite a bit. It's certainly the easiest way to match a color sample that a customer brings in. In many cases, being able to print a vinyl color match instead of purchasing a 10 yard roll of vinyl saves bucks instantly too.
