Are you sure that your customer actually embedded the fonts and saved it as an editable file? I'm not positive but it's worth asking.

YOu have to manually move your knife to the area within the first registration mark to start with. Than, if your print is close to square with the plotter, it should work.

The Edge is not a continuous tone printer and you will never get an image that compares to an inkjet printer. 300x600 will make a difference, you're getting twice as many color ppi than at 300x300. This is a decal machine and you cannot expect to do photography on it.

Make sure that you don't have an offset value in the cutting master dialog.

There are some decent videos on Graphtec America website. I suggest you take a look. If you're using the Cutting Master plug in, it sounds like your doing the correct steps.

I'm with you Jill. Most lunches are warmed up 3-4 times. They do get a bit chewy eventually.
