You can run the same alignment from Rasterlink and tell it to use crop marks. That should bring it back into alignment.

X/Y Offset only works when you are using crop marks. If you want to align the print/cut origin offset without crop marks, that is in the cut setting tab for the job in Rasterlink Here is a YouTube video of someone doing the procedure.

Post a nozzle check. Either the head is deflecting a lot, the room environment is not ideal, or the head is starting to fail.
