    I love the fact you can run aqueous and uncoated papers through these machines. I've printed on water based photo papers, watercolour art paper, uncoated silk and 80gsm bond. They all print fine although it's a good idea to create a custom profile if you can.

    Most Windows updates are to patch security holes. I wouldn't turn them off.

    Find the file in Explorer. onyx/work/printer_name/ There are probably 2 or 3 files with a name similar to your job. Delete them and restart. Edit - sorry you've done that. Reboot the computer? Sometimes they won't delete if there is an Onyx process running.

    There's an Onyx 10 patch on their website which fixes some cutter issues... might be worth a look.
