Several years ago we did some testing and found that Mizpah (http://mizpah.en.ec21.com/) and Tullis Russel had products that worked (http://www.tullisrussell.com/our-products/transfer-technology/ceramic-and-glass.html). It has been a long time, so I can't guarantee that either is still...
I'm not sure what message you got at the website. While we do have a serial number lookup tool that will allow you to verify warranty status for phone support, the screen you are referring to should also provide the link to the email support form, as well as links to the library of content for...
Thanks for your purchase. It sounds like you are working with your dealer now that they are open, but if need to, you’re welcome to contact Roland Care Support directly at 800-542-2307. If you opt to call Roland direct, please have the printer serial number available when you call.
S ink is good for vacuumforming, thermoforming, and shrink. If you are primarily printing rigid or standard roll materials like PET, PVC, etc., the standard ink is probably a good solution.
Roland dealers all have techs on staff. You can plug in your zip code here and get a list of your closest additional options if your selling dealer is no longer an option:

I have responded to your other thread, and PM'ed. Please contact me so that we can try to figure out what is going on. PM me with your contact information and you will get a call back.
You have to have the right print mode and profiles selected. This document is a very comprehensive guide to just about everything you need to know about file setup as well as output. It is available on our support site, along with a host of other information about your printer...
Thanks for the kind words Binki. Most of what is there is actual customer work, and we are always looking for more submissions. So if any Roland user reading this has done something cool lately and wants to make an extra one for display, let me know.
For the record, that's an electronic drum...
Your dealer should be able to offer continued assistance on a machine that new. If not, there are a lot of resources here - http://www.rolanddga.com/owners/support/ - including an email form if you need to contact us.

Our blue back paper was recently discontinued, but these two are still current and available.
PM me if you'd like printed samples of either, or both.
They are coming soon. If you set VersaWorks to auto update, it will grab them as soon as we release them. You can also follow the instructions here to set it up:

Talking to your dealer about it would be a good step. If you want to send me a PM with your contact information we can help facilitate that conversation, but I'm sure you can reach out them locally faster than I'm likely to from California.
Paul - I'm sorry you've had that experience with your machine. I've asked our service department to give you a call and review the situation. You will be hearing from us today.
What profile are you using? The coating of the third generation is completely different from the older product, so won't work with the same profile. There is an SGP3 profile available in VersaWorks. Feel free to PM me with contact info and I can get support to give you a call to troubleshoot.
An LEF series machine would do it. Of course, as the Roland guy, I have an interest in that recommendation, but I know they work since we've done a bunch of bottle caps as samples. Shoot me a PM with your address and I'd be happy to send a sample. You can fit a lot of bottle caps on the bed of...
The big difference is that the i series has Roland Intelligent Pass Control, an anti-banding technology that allows you to use some of the faster modes a little more often without the risk of banding. The i is also a much newer machine, and in fact is still a current model. If you're looking for...
The two machines are completely different. It is not possible to upgrade. While they use the same heads, many key electronic and mechanical components are non-interchangeable.
If you haven't solved this yet, please feel free to give tech support a toll free call at (800) 542-2307. VW can run up to 4 Roland devices simultaneously, and we're here to help.
