Anyone have recommendations for a DTG printer to outsource to? Last time I checked into them it seemed like dark shirts don't come out very well. Also, what's the durability like when compared to screen-printed shirts?

Each element is on a layer. Meaning I can easily delete the background layer.

I have a customer who wants 85 shirts screen printed with the attached design. It's a 300 ppi photoshop file at 11"x14" so the resolution is plenty high and all the layers are separated. What I'm worried about is they want it on a mix of black and dark grey shirts. Would it have to be done...

Print on Matte. If indoor, laminate with matte. If outdoor, laminate with gloss.

Personally I don't like it to just say "SIGN." I think it needs to be "SIGNS." It just doesn't read well.

On more than one occasion when ordering 10 yard rolls of Oracal 651 I wasn't getting cores and the vinyl was wrinkled up/dirty. Had similar problems with 4x8 sheets of coro so I stopped using them.

The kerning on the phone number between 7 and 4 needs adjusting. Also, you might want to think about adding something to the hood.
