It might be ok after adjusting my pressure dials which were set for 210 and I may have gotten a bad batch...but I have cussed it too many times to not say something...Don't get me wrong we're not going to throw the roll out or anything and it runs fine after you get it started
First off...We bought this roll because it was marketed as optically clear. We usually use 210..
We had a storefront window that the customer wanted window perf on so we thought this would be a good way to protect it as well as using it for back glass perf...

Write it down on a post-it and wedge somewhere in your printer
thats what i would do..but I am by no means an official tech...I am used to there being a backlog of jobs and making it work until there is time to properly fix it...
If you have time or money do a close inspection and/or hire a tech...
Post a thread asking for a service manual for that...
Not to flog your business model, but there is something wrong if you have a newer model printer and can't double your profits over outsourcing...I understand hundreds of 1 color yard signs but...you must be highly sought after RJssigns or you need to hire a boy to watch the printer.

Do you ever print full bleed bumper stickers and such?
Why do you outsource more than you print in house if your roland can keep up? I understand large banners but why? $$$$?
