Pro Vehicle Outlines has most bus templates. School buses are not something you regularly need templates for... What are you doing with a school bus? The laws/regulations are very detailed; read through them before you begin if this is used for school transportation.

Dixon is too small compared to the red triangles at the sides. I like the more-retro font used on it, but the new font used at the bottom does not work well with it.

I've used primer94 on them with good results (with 3m vinyl). Vinyl does not stick well to them at all otherwise in my experience.

It's any file I open or create new, in any folder. It's not a hidden file, it's another genuine Illustrator document. (windows OS)

Edge Print. We do them every day. You will have to have someone match the prints to the foils & print them with an Edge in order for the colors to match exactly. If it is a gradient; you will have to measure where it starts and stops.
