Not exactly sure how your prints are shrinking... we always include 1/2"-1" bleed on any project that will bleed off the surface area. I've never seen vinyl shrink as it's applied; stretching - now that's another story.

Laminate it. Not sure how you'd install it without it, unless you're going to use transfer tape. Is your printer only 30" wide? Even if you did have to reprint & laminate it again today; it would still last longer than the un-laminated one would. As stated above; everything gets laminated...

Coroplast blanks are CHEAP; the cost of cleaning/removal FAR exceeds the price of new blanks. Never seen grommets that rust...

Have you tried Pro Vehicle Outlines? Call them, sometimes they have new templates not listed or uploaded to the site yet.

We're gonna make up some 1/2 racks based off of the pictures you posted to mount to the walls here; no room for a roll-around rack to stick out like that. The problem we'll have is that we'll need racks to cover the entire wall surface in the (now too small) wide-format room! Our cut vinyl...

Make a new Illustrator document, place the file into that document, go to your links panel & Embed the link in your new document. or, Place the EPS into InDesign, print it to PDF, open the PDF with Illustrator.

I don't think a shipping container would be permitted to have flat substrate applied to the sides, I think they're regulated containers. I would take the depth of the corrugations and add them into the lettering widths; making the letters extremely elongated & hopefully it would be legible...

I have a customer that uses their equipment every day and we use IJ35c/Oracal 210 lam for all of their skins. No problems at all after 6 months, still holding up perfect. Include instructions & a cheapo squeegee with their order. If they can't apply them their selves... well, that's their problem.

www.restylerschoice.com should have them. They probably won't sell you their template, but you should get a decent mark-up for just playing the middle-man...

Pro Vehicle Outlines has a nice Taurus template. It's what I'm using here at our shop. If you don't have their package and want to re-scale the attachment, it's free to you since I designed it before there was a template available...

When I worked at a printing company (before I left for the sign industry), our regular hourly design rate was $75/hr in 15 minute increments. Most BusCard print jobs that were quoted to clients (without starting from scratch) included 1/2 hr in the price, with additional design/proofs extra.
