I've never double-coated size.
Like Si sez I always tried for the thinnest coat.
I've never gotten good results using Rolco, though.
The LeFranc slow size seemed to accomodate my ineptitude.

I did that once many years ago when I was real busy.
(found a $100 check from July in my truck in September)
Knowing you, and how well known and loved you are in your town, I'm sure the people just smiled and thought "That Krazy Karyn!"

I like his coca-cola box.
I hope if I am still lucid at 90, if I live that long, that I can still handletter.
It's true that an artist never really dies because their work remains as a legacy.

The M looks like it has a vulva.

"I will gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today"
Maybe he will pay up front and get a new logo too, you never know and it doesn't hurt to quote.

Man I got called last week to "letter" an antique sailboat transom.
The guy said his buddy had already applied "real gold leaf" vinyl to it.
The boat had a very sexy indented curved transom.
The "real gold" vinyl letters which had been hand cut and haphazardly adhered on this thing (an an arch)...
I should clarify this by saying that the sign is for exterior use, just like the flashing arrow signs but without the flashing arrow.
Sits on the ground.
I need to source the whole thing not just the magnetic alphabet.
I will try to get a pic in between working my real job, babysitting, and...
There are two of these on my road but nobody seems to know where they came from.
Looks like your standard changeable letter sign from Sam's Club, but is non-illuminated and the sign surface is a perforated metal. Magnetic letters (looks like Serpentine on white magnetic) adhere to this thing...
The only holidays I get are in my gold leaf.
:)
The Wright's of Lymm folks were great in person when I was in Scotland.
I wonder if they will be at James Kelly's meet next July?
The name does not stand out at all. Make it white.
The oval should fit the graphic better. (like RJ's)
I'd be tempted to fill that hole behind the bird with a pile of kiwi poop.
:)
I think I'd lose the oval altogether.
You'll get better replies if you post a jpg rather than a pdf.
I would use different fonts, Eras is getting dated looking. Even if you used a clean gothic style for corporation. Everything is run too close to the edges as well.
