agree the black & red a little hard to read. try making the red outline a little lighter. also I took off one of the sparks as the two along with all the contoured border seemed like a lot going on.

how much of a budget? you could go with a routed and painted aluminum and aluminum posts. that would hold and live a good long time. redwood or cedar would work too.

what brand of vinyl? other brands can't do the exact hole punch that Gerber does so it might not be hitting the sprockets right. also you said 3mil, have you set the temps for the right type of viinyl? default is 2 mil

use 3M dual lock it's clear and it is the professional so you don't need a lot of it, 1" squares will work or even less depending on the size of the sign
