The lettering is 2" tall on the finished sign, since in the clients eyes it's the least important piece of information, i'm trying not to make it stand out too much. thanks for the feedback

Ok, I extended the backer board and agree it looks much better, plus the tree will give me a easy to hide place to put the seam. all grey lettering is now white and much easier to read. any thoughts on the "bubble" under St. Olga's? Thanks!

This sign is for a local nursing home, they are having trouble attracting new clients, one of the main problems is that the outside of the place looks pretty depressing, (old grey brick and stone) they are hoping to upgrade the look and part of that is new signage, they currently have a 3'x8'...

most dollar stores sell swiffer type cloths, we use these. I know Dollarama has them.

To be fair, I think alot of the issues we have been having have to do with the fact that they pulled all their manufacturing plants out of Canada, so their lead times have suffered for us. The QC problems have all been fixed very quickly and overall we are very happy with them.

I would be looking for a but more proof before calling out a well established company on a public forum. Don't get me wrong, Gemini has their issues (lead time, QC issues) but i've never heard of them selling direct to end users. Yes they will sell to construction companies and architects...
