Can you do one explaining why a Word document is not artwork?

Well, you were on the right track. For some reason they were saved elsewhere. Under my user name, \AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\SAi\SAi Production Suite1\Templates WTH is a VirtualStore? Is this something to do with new cloud based software (which we do not have)? Weird.

Normally I will just go into SAI folder in Windows Explorer, to the Templates folder, grab the files and put into same directory on other computers. For what it's worth, my levels never show correctly on our SC545EX, either on the printer itself or in Versaworks. Most of the time it can show 50% on a particular cart, and run out the next print. OR it will stop and tell me one is empty, when in actuality it is half full. I have to pull it out...

Just ran full PC scan on both AV and Malware programs. Nothing found. PC is clean. Fresh reboot of PC and Printer and will try again.

Ok, this problem has come up again, EVERY job I send to print stops with at least 1/2" to 1" left to print. NOTHING has changed software or hardware-wise. Just suddenly doesn't finish prints. This is not good as I have a HUGE job to print with registration marks, and if they don't finish I'm SOL...

Any one got a clue?

Plot twist: Dave was ALSO Wendy's mom.

Aluminum Panels, screwed in with painted #8 lath screws. Easy to change out, customer buys a frame once, comes back for new panels. And Ditto on what Jill said....second side graphics per panel.

I would venture that's an embroidery specific font, may not be a standard print/display font. EDIT: I stand corrected. good find!

Sistina...no. Michelangelo, very close. the Q is different (no swirly tail)....I know I didn't show the rest of the name, but the Q has a short right side tail. May be modified.
