huh? how would you use an iron or a heat press to cure ink...let it hover above the shirt 'hoping' it somehow miraculously gets enough heat or just lower it and smear the ink around....
there was something similar to this in the '70-80's it may very well be the same thing just a little more...
i know that there is a size limitation when cutting directly from corel. however, it is MUCH MUCH larger than 8.5 X 11 i have cut things as large as 28" X 96" directly from corel...i do not know what the limitation is off the top of my head but i know it is MUCH larger than you were able to...
there is one in town that is a double sided vacuum formed pan face illuminated sign where restaurant is spelled 'restauraunt'.

good deal. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure you see the permit with your own eyes (since the client is installing) I have seen too many ppl go through the same ordeal where a client orders a sign and then they won't pay for it or won't pay the balance due on it because they can not get a permit...
someone is using the wrong bit, the wrong spindle speed, wrong feedrate, not holding work down properly or a combination of any/or all of the mentioned causes...no good.
i was really hoping tom would add to this post because i was contacted by him behind the scenes and given 'the rest of the story' in regards to this sign. like i have said before if all of the details are given initially we will all have a much easier time of providing good information my fear...
Mach3 is a great program and is actually repackaged and dressed up by a few other companies that offer cnc control software.
I understood the initial question from the OP as they already have general cnc control software and are looking for a cheap 3D solution? if I misinterpreted that and...
agreed re:BobCad. personally i think there is some other things that need to be considered besides the price. for example there is great value if you are already familiar with a similar software package than having to learn an entirely new program.

as Marlene said there is value in this type of question for many ppl besides the OP who needs to come up with a solution for this specific project.
i would like to add that this type of post would be much easier for all...
i would go with vhb as well the 4910 as mentioned but being the paranoid guy i am i would also use some other type of adhesive like liquid nails, silicone, etc..not sure which what without actually seeing the wall but regardless i would do a test somewhere with a couple of small pieces and come...
i can understand wanting to do anything and everything you can. the important thing is that you do something...in situations like this no matter what you do it will never feel like enough...your heart is in the right place.
