Not sure if those fall under MUTCD regs or not. Best check before quoting.
At any rate you can order the reflective blanks from a place like Grimco then cut the green overlay film on your plotter and apply.
My choice would be to have a specialty wholesaler knock them out.
Take off machine covers and have a look at the motors. Could be a screw, washer etc... that has jammed the gears.
If that doesn't work unscrew the drive motor, (leave it plugged in) prop it up away from any gears or wiring then see if it runs. You may get a humming noise, but no motion...
Get something other than Onyx for a RIP. Cumbersome, overly complicated, non-intuitive interface. I want to make prints not pilot a 747. I'll leave it at that.
For a plotter get a Summa. Once and done.
Yeah, figured I'd go with my local bank where I have all my accounts. To be blunt it was an unmitigated disaster. Stay away from Clover for your card processing.(nothing but lies and idiotic fees) Back to using Square.
And you are correct about the fraud deal. You must be able to "dip" the...
Mixed media. Tape. Prep. Paint the black. Add vinyl graphics. Just throwing that out there. Used to do a fleet years back and that was the ticket.
Although we didn't install any graphics over the painted area.
Fire dept's don't have those records since lettering is done before it leaves the builder. If it's a Pierce rig it may be proprietary. If it is Pierce don't bother calling, they won't tell you.
My preference in your situation would be bottom up. Since we read left to right the word Chevrolet for example would look "correct" if there is other text.
However I recently installed some graphics on sign pylons. Those went from the top down.
When I'm tasked with these type of layouts my...
Here is what I learned from people making their living using PayPal.
Have all your policies set in place.
Make sure every sale is correctly documented.
Have a separate account for PayPal. As soon as the funds post withdraw them.
Hard to take funds that don't exist.
Many of them get direct...
Go to YouTube and type in TechMoan. Guy is from the UK and gives extremely thorough dash cam reviews. I'm trying to decide between the Mobius and the "Wedge" A118.
See if you can get a demo. The top presses run so fast it looks fake. The laser die cutting is amazing too. On the fast presses it looks like a light show.
Couple videos to get you started.
Digital label presses:

Happy with what you're getting. Not interested in other quotes, but would consider an alternate method. Okay.
Best I can do is to tell you to buy a digital label press with laser "die cut" and bring them in house. At $0.03 each x 2 million you could just about amortize a small press with one...
Only one way to make third party inks pay. You need to be blowing through at least a full set of 440's a week. That way you can amortize the replacement parts and still come out ahead.
Otherwise don't do it.
Personally, I fully agree with Gino.
Just received an email from Roland. $6000.00 discount on their new flagship printer the EJ-640. Now ain't that sumthin'?
XR-640's get the same discount.
Don't crowd now, plenty for everyone.
