OK - I'm trying to change the dampers in my 1304. Running into some issues.
I've got the plate screws off the front of the print head - the plate that covers the damper area. From there, i'm not stuck.
Whats the next step to exposing the dampers?
+1 to Gorilla Glue - but I wouldn't join it UNTIL the install.
If it is being wall mounted, I'd make a frame for it (ideally, aluminum) and mount that to the wall, then mount the sign to the frame. The mounting will hold it together so that the Gorilla Glue won't foam out and push it apart...

Anyone have a good source for Mutoh 1304 dampers? Fellers' wants $54.99/ea for them, and I gotta think there is an aftermarket damper that will be MUCH cheaper than that....
