Looks like the BS4 ink will work with the BS3 parameters. As far as I know, it's the chip on the cartridge that tells the machine it's 2 liters. I have installed a few MBIS3 systems and it didn't require any parameter changes.

Do you have the ionizer option? That is specifically made to reduce static. I would look into it if you know the room is prone to static issues. Also, what does your nozzle check look like? Any black migrating over to other colors?

Looks like the offset value is incorrect. Your blade should have the offset value printed on the package it came with. If the setting is set to anything other than that, it will do funky things like this.

Doesn't look like it to me. Normally they will be very apparent if they were there. That's not to say you don't have a little air leak somewhere or your damper is just worn out. If it's a single color, usually it's a damper issue. If it's multiple, it could be a maintenance station issue.
