  1. Body Shop logo

Postscript, of course, Rick's fixing of the logo is top rate, as always. Just pay the man -- and be happy everytime you drive by the business, see their trucks or come across a business card. Years and years of pride. (and others might buy from you)
  2. Body Shop logo

I like the first one, with the kerning and apostrophe placement fixed. Maybe eliminate the connector between the m and s on Klem's. My $0.02, Jim
  3. X5 with CoCut Pro

That's disappointing .. and I hope it's not CorelDRAW losing interest. I've used -- AND LOVED -- Corel since version 2. I was sort of intrumental in bringing CoCutPro to the US market back in my AirMark days. So I'll check with Albert and Juergen to see what's up. If I learn more I'll share...
  4. X5 with CoCut Pro

I hear that!!! BTW, www.cocut.com might have info too. Good luck
  5. X5 with CoCut Pro

Hi Rick, Try Albert at Eurosystems (ame@eurosystems.lu). He might be able to help. Best, Jim
  6. 45 or 60 degree?

45 for reflective should be fine; it's not that thick. More pressure should help since it's a more rigid material. IMO, blade angle is for thinner vs thicker material.
  7. 48"valuejet from SignWrhse- who's got one?

Hi Chris, Okay; I'm a marketing guy. I'm paid to say this stuff. But, and I am putting on my flackjacket :^), SignWarehouse support is as good as any support I have ever seen, and I used to be with Summa who everyone raves has great support (and they do, but SW is better). But we also...
  8. 48"valuejet from SignWrhse- who's got one?

Thank you for the kind words, Bob. And ditto on 64" not being the end-all. We sell many 48-inch printers, nearly every day, to folks every bit as happy as you are. Best, Jim
  9. Bumping Heads w/ the Internet

They are a printing service -- NOT A SIGN COMPANY. Sign Companies achieve, or exceed, your objectives when marketing your company with signs, outdoor graphics, vehicle marking, etc. Printing services make what you send them and charge on size. Not even in the same universe as a sign...
  10. 48"valuejet from SignWrhse- who's got one?

Hi Chris, Here's some insight from a non-commissioned SignWarehousian :^) The 48 is terrific, and has value that is untouchable. So other dealers will tell you that without 64-inch wide printing your wife will leave you and the dog will go lame. Not true. You can do AMAZING things with...
  11. Examples of other work

    Snow already???
  12. Window Perf Failure - Looks to be burning.

Good point on seeing out, but I was thinking in terms of cut-vinyl (old school cut and weed), not full coverage printed white. You can still see out, somewhat well (commercial vans are often filled and use side mirrors). The quality would match the cut vinyl on the back van below. And it's...
  13. Window Perf Failure - Looks to be burning.

Good info on Solvex. Now for a complete non sequitur :^) Why print that on perf??? Two-color cut vinyl would have perfect, IMO. Yeah?
  14. Summajet 1330?

Yeah; unless there's $250 worth of media :^) Maybe talk the seller down to half that. But it's appraoching a "if you get it out of here it's yours" piece of equipment. IMHO
  15. Summajet 1330?

Hi Proto, SummaJet goes back to early days of wide format inkjet. Way back. The printer is mostly an engineering (illustrations) printer and the inks are indoor on paper or coated media. If it's free and you have time to see what you can get out of it, I'd say go for it. Otherwise, there...
  16. Please help my never ending mutoh problems!

Hi AppliedGraphics, our tech manager tell me this is resolved and had to do with clogged heads. Is that your understanding, too? Thanks! Jim
  17. Flexi 10 Coming Soon

    Info here, too :^) http://www.signwarehouse.com/software/flexi/main.htm
  18. PayPal Payments

PayPal is definitely the easiest to implement but the fees are kind of high, IMO

    These folks? Redundant
  20. Source for yellow aluminum blanks please.
