Spot on! :thumb:
I've posted about this very thing. Banners have become a commodity like so many other things in our "world". The only way to differentiate yourself from the pack is having stellar customer service.
When you are selling a commodity it is becoming more about the overall...
As humans knowing there is no such thing as a "free lunch" doesn't stop us. We have a tendency to bury the inconvenient facts to focus on the warm fuzzies.
The distributor never charges for design, delivery or installation. Client no longer has to deal with copyrights, fonts, layouts etc... Rep comes in with all the marketing collateral and will build the displays and do whatever else to effectively market their product.
It is a value added...
Not to wet your picnic charcoal but I'd say you're too late. In my experience they call you. We've gotten calls from various chains project managers asking us to bid.
Time to do a simple check on how much pressure you're getting out of each pinch roller.
Turn power off and unplug machine.
Take a small strip of material 5cm x 25cm.

You will be caught in a never ending downward spiral unless you set limits...

Using a calendared material will take more time as the material is harder to install.
Design, layout, client...
For best results when using the Big Squeegee you need a solid, super smooth surface. With your current set-up you cannot apply enough pressure, evenly enough.
We do tons of smaller projects on a piece of plate glass. Works a treat.
Unless you went through the clear coat you'll be fine. If its single stage and you didn't hit primer you're golden. Nothing a detail shop can't handle.
If you weren't so far away I could "get er did" for ya. Proverbial piece of Baklava.
What about COO. Chief Operations Officer.
Can't get much more "officialer" than that.
Superintendent of Operations works well too.
As far as titles my brother worked for and attained Plant Manager status. Pedestrian name for what is truly a high profile position within the company.
When I...
