If it's a permanent message then make stencils for epoxy floor paint.
Another option would be to forget the floor graphics and get some printed floor mats.
Best option may be a ceiling mounted pico projector with film on the floor. As long as the film is semi-clean you're golden.
We send all bids email then follow up with a call to make sure they got it and answer questions. We do nothing after that.
Say what you want, but multiple calls in our market just doesn't work. You end up being just as hated as telemarketers that call during supper.
Further ahead to spend...
How many carts do you run through a printer in a month? I think this is key to running 3rd party ink. Seems the only people that have any success are the ones that go through dozens of carts a month. We don't.
Have you had any issues with waste lines clogging? That's what happened to me...
Free tip of the day. Start looking at 54" minimum for automotive graphics/wraps. You need a 60" minimum to do vehicle hoods seamlessly.
When I was starting out I wanted to save some coin and go with a smaller rig. Got a 54" package deal for only a few grand more. Best thing ever. No way I...
I like the OP's original layout. Probably would have done very similar if tasked with the job.
Then Neato said he like it. Strong endorsement right there.
Glad to see all the responses. If I can get the carts in my hands for $116 that is about what I was paying from US Cutter. Buying 4 at a time came to $115.50 each which included their $10 flat rate shipping.
I dug through the internet(essentially wasting my time) and found some fantastic ink...
I'd go with Summa. We haven't killed ours yet. Can't recall how long we've had it but I'd bet it's close to 15 years.
There was a post recently where they had demo and refurbs on sale. Worth checking out.
Going to check the others you fine folks have listed.
Phototec is right. We need a Roland ink merchant. Pretty sure they could make some good coin here.
Already emailed them. I need Y and M which they seem to never have around. Said they get what they get. If you're going to sell ink stock it. Makes me a little leery of where its sourced.
Where is everybody getting their OEM Roland Eco-Sol MAX Ink? Seems my go to US Cutter is phasing it out. They haven't had any Magenta for weeks with a few other colors in 220's only.
They had the best price going at $113 a cart and flat $10 shipping. Worked great when I'd order 4 or more.

Seems Mimaki answered a question no one asked. AFAIK there isn't a member here that has one. Which means no one here will be able to answer even the simplest of questions.
Fact is you're able to buy used HP latex rigs here quite often. Folks just keep upgrading. That says...
Rolands aren't noted for accurate cutting on long runs so using it strictly for that is a non starter IMO. If I were in your shoes I'd sell it and get a Summa cutter. Once and done.
Otherwise keep it inked up and force yourself to use it at least once a week.
Due diligence, insurance, permits and plans.
If it is not an owner occupied building we get signed, dated permission from the owner. Then move forward with all the other stuff.
Once you pull that permit you "own" that job until such time it is removed or redone by someone else.
Sometimes...
Blast or chemical etch silvering off back of mirror then paint. Completely protected.
As was mentioned there may be something in the glass. Glass is processed with some type of silicone and if not done correctly turns the glass into non-stick.
We ran into this on a van. Got this info from...
Install vinyl on the back side(second surface). If it's a mirror and has to go first surface put down vinyl then seal the edges or whole thing with automotive clear.
Very nice! Doesn't look like a first time job.
I have no idea what to charge though since I don't hand letter. Best bet is to private message one of the brush gurus here.
