I don't think anyone has made a standard amusment park safety set but have you tried http://www.ultimatesymbol.com/ they have a search and you can buy single images.

You can type it out in one of the Japanese typefaces (at least on a mac) and it will work....the only thing is a few of the letters are stretched and pulled differently and they modified the "T"

Of all the years I have been frequenting sign forums, this might be the first time I have seen Illy top Corel in users...I know it's not scientific, but I remember Corel users out numbering Illy users 3 to 1.....
