Many locations vandals are just hell bent on destroying anything shiney and new, short of putting it 30 feet up in the air there is not really much else you can do.

3640 is the worst possible selection you could have made for long term exterior use.
210 lam also a bad choice for long term outdoor use.
3951 or 3751 with 290 lam for long term exterior use.

Why not just purchase roll striping, I would recommend Universal Products or Sharpline Converting. You can also purchase a Ronan Slitter to cut down roll striping to desired widths.
Isn't a flatbed cutter the standard equipement choice for these type applications?
I've done a few sets on my Roland SP-300V using 6 mil. Convex High Bond vinyl and 4 mil. Convex Motowrap Laminate without any issues, shoot I even used the standard blade.
I recently saw a link to PDF file of the Roland service bulletin regarding overspray / misting but cannot seem to locate it now. Does anyone know where I can find this?
