Roland sells them, Clean Cut Blades sells them. At the blade end they are narrower than the standard blades, they look and perform just like my Graphtec blades.

No YouTube because these are very basic operations. In Illustrator Ungroup objects and the paths provided should be your cutline. I generally just create an outline / offset path about 1/8" out from the cutline path for artwork bleed or mask.
Just out of curiosity, have you used 30 mil magnetic material in your printer?
Could running a thicker material weaken the pinch roller arm tension?
