We install in the winter. There are limitations, paint doesn't dry below zero so that has to be skipped till a better day. Digging can suck but the ground doesn't get as frozen as it used to.

I used the Dux Quick on a rush job, it worked well. Don't use quick size often enough to compare,and I;'ve used most out there, so many variables anyhow.
Like was said a frame works best. But we have used the same screws that they mount the panels with. Like Moze said the existing screws that are in the way can be removed and then the screws thru the panel will replace them. Or you can put a spacer, we use scrap pvc

I’m matching a sample I was given. I may be able to go with hi intensity prismatic, but that is what they had previously and that’s what they want now, they have their reasons for the spec. So far the mm I’ve contacted don’t do this particular combination.
Here's a new for me. Client wants 100 pcs 24"x24" white coro with white Diamond Grade reflective on one side. It has a 20"x20" transparent red square screened in the middle and one small line of red text in one border.

Why is the interior not an option?
We have used cheap foam tape to do similar jobs but it doesn't hold up forever and we never did the initial installation in the cold.
I'm only picky about spelling on signs....but then when they were hand painted fixing mistakes left an indelible impression and those words were never misspelled again
Installs are the person's shop rate (which is based on their pay rate) plus the truck rate. Even our humble pick up truck isn't cheap to run or insure and that has to be covered. Then depending on the type of work involved I may add a additional PITA amount. A second person on the truck is...
