  2. Must I use rewinders with Gerber equipment

LOVE that set-up. I assume you custom made those tables? Very nice looking indeed! :thumb:
  3. Must I use rewinders with Gerber equipment

OMG!!! I gotta take a serious look at getting one of these babies!!! I do a few runs a year that would be perfect for this and would save me dozens of hours weeding and cutting!!! :Big Laugh
  4. Comic Sans redone, it's great and it's free!

Love it!!! Warming up the plotter as I type this
  5. Can I sell these legally?

Couldn't agree more! Yeah, that's the ticket.... they're FREE, but will cost ya $60 each for shipping (or pick-up)!!!
  6. Can I sell these legally?

So, what I am seeing here is go ahead and sell them (it's just an outlined typeface anyhow... and I looked... the term "300ZX" is not copyrighted by any means). Sell them... and then send an invoice to Nissan for advertising fees!!!! :Big Laugh Then eagerly wait by the mailbox for a cheque :ROFLMAO:
  7. Can I sell these legally?

You make great points Gino! It's amazing how many "car decals" are being sold on-line through e-bay and many other sites. Mind boggling actually. Nissan Canada has not returned my call(s). Perhaps they didn't take my question seriously or they just don't care! The local dealerships say they...
  8. Can I sell these legally?

I know there are several (probably hundreds) of posts on here that talk about copyright infringement on such things as sports team logos, company logos, "peeing calvins", etc... but I've been asked to produce something that may fall into that "grey area" category. A customer wants me to cut the...
  9. Greets from the great Pacific Northwest!!

    Welcome from Calgary, Canada!
  10. I laughed so hard I almost peed!

I did a quote for a customer last week for 10 signs (36" x 48"), printed, laminated and mounted to Crezon. He thought the price was too high, so requested a price for just printing and laminating and he would get his own wood and apply his vinyl. Gave him a price this week for the 10 pieces...
  11. How long did you say this was................................. ??

Bill them for your time on the next order(s)! I have a PITA charge I use quite often. It is a hidden charge of course!! :Big Laugh
  12. I'm looking for someone that can print 8 1/2 x 11 decal sheets on clear vinyl

I have an Edge FX here Adrian. Not sure where you are... I'm in Calgary, AB (downtown).
  13. Help: where is the cheapest place to buy sign vinyl?

Just curious as to what brand/model of plotter your dad bought you?
  14. How much did you make in the past week?

I made around $300 last week while I slept!!! :Big Laugh Not quite what Donald Trump or Robert Kiyosaki make in the same industry, but I'm working on it, and it's better than nothing!!!
  15. GX-640 only reading 3 dots...

Yeah, I have a little BN-20 here and it reads all 4 dots... It's a mystery to me!!
  16. GX-640 only reading 3 dots...

Wondering if anyone else is running the L25500 (or L26500) and cutting with a GX-640? From day 1, when I do a print and cut job, the L25500 (using Onyx Postershop V11) prints FOUR registration dots, but when I go to cut out, the Roland GX-640 only reads 3 of them!! :omg: It's not a huge deal...
  17. Problem.....WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS?

I'm with Jill & Joe on this one. Seen some of that happening around here this year... was a very cold harsh winter with freeze/melt/freeze/melt cycles a lot in the last two months.
  18. Cube Van Job... Happy Customer!

I hear ya OP! It wasn't too bad... I was in the loading dock bay of our office building. Problem is/was that when someone would open the big bay door... a blast of cold air came in!! I'd say it was average 15-18C in there. I just had to be careful peeling off the mask and I went over the entire...
  19. Cube Van Job... Happy Customer!

I did go and try to change it back, but I think I passed the editing deadline! Fred? After all, it was an honest mistake and perhaps it was one of those "subconscious" thoughts??
  20. Oh Em Gee!

That was the "best quality decal job he could get for the price he could afford"!!! :ROFLMAO:
