Sounds like a neat idea, but ya know how many tree branches, kids and other things hanging out in tight alleys, driveways would scratch the living daylights outta that stuff ?? Maybe even dislodge it.

Seeing how it was either masked or pounced.... then handpainted, back in the early days of computers alotta people would use the computer fonts for most and use an off-the-brush script for a very personalized sign. That last line just might be all handpainted. You'd need a little more to go on...

Looks like gerber fonts so far, so it shouldn't be too hard to find.

Is it possible your rollers are gripping a little too much and holding the feed back just a hair on each turn ??

If you want 30" get a gerber sprocket fed. It won't print, but it'll cut 150' 100% accurately.

Call a tech in to look at it.

Sounds like just about everyone these days........... Have a lady who contacted us back in October/November. Went out to see her and she needed some nice size signs. Gave her a quote and followed up about a week later. Nothing. Called about a total of 3 or 4 times and left maybe 3 or 4...
