Nope, didn't do it. Went right into the cut cycle destroying the print. Which doesn't have time to dry before the pinch rollers track thru the fresh ink. Damn.

Thanks, I'm running the job currently with those job settings changes. I'll know in a minute if the machine takes the instructions to let a 5 minute time lapse before going into cut mode.

If there's a setting, I can't find it. Running SP-540v equipment with Versaworks. Anyone know?

Raster images we send as .tif Vector images we send as .eps Raster images with cut lines assigned, send as .eps. There are settings in the Export Options dialog box (when exporting a cut file) that need to be set a certain way. BTW, which version of Omega are you running?

By the way, we're running Omega to a Roland printer with excellent results including cut files.

Shouldn't you be sending your files to your RIP in .eps format?

Printer: Roland Sp-540V Situation: Cyan not printing. Test print shows black in place of the cyan. So I'm getting black, black, magenta and yellow in my test prints. No drop outs, just no cyan. BTW, I did use the search function but finding nothing on this very topic.

I think Gino has said he's never fired a client "by insulting them or taking a condescending manner". While I agree that at times we may wish to sever the relationship, I would not do so (knowingly) by insulting them.
