In my engraving font library the closest one is " Roman3LMOD UCLC"
This is Xenetech engraving font. Most of it is close match except "W"

If this is a small intricate symbol I would suggest laser etching with CerMark compound. Sub it out to laser equipped shop. The image would be permanent, durable black mark.
Since CerMark showed up as an alternate solution I never route out SS any more.
I am not aware of bullnose edge finish on signs but in countertops there are number of edge finishes. Would it be this that they are asking for?

Laser cut mylar sheet in 0.010" thickness would be good option. Some guys have also laser cut stencils out of clear films used for overhead projectors.
I would guess your VMP will generate outline of the font that can cut by Vision engraver. If can also generate hatch fill lines make sure it starts from center out. Engarving fonts are specifically designed for optimal tool path.
