I think I would try a straight print/cut without reloading then try a print/cut w/crop marks, reloading the media to cut but not laminate. Results of these two tests may help determine if it's an optical alignment issue or not. If both tests are successful then it's possibly an issue with the...
Yes it will print on Oracal 651 or any other smooth vinyl. Clean vinyl with 91% isopropyl alcohol prior to printing. White lines/gaps in prints could possibly be "Line Pitch Adjustment" but more than likely bad print head.
The white line/gap in the print could possibly be a "Line Pitch Adjustment". You can read about this in the User Manual. Through my experience and testing "Line Pitch Adjustment" had little to no effect on overall print results. Actually the only time I hade white lines/gaps in the print it...
As recommended by the manufacturer I use MacTac 9800 primarily in my PC-600. Realistically you can print on any vinyl as long as it's smooth and cleaned properly first (clean/wipe down before printing with 91% isoprpyl alcohol printing). I also print a lot on specialty films such as Coburm or...
Why on earth did we ever think that it was somehow necessary for the customer to have a complete understanding of what it is that we do and how we go about it? This same customer for an example does not expect a mechanic to explain how his automatic transmission works and how he is going to go...
Are the letters & scroll seperate pieces, painted then attached or is the sign all one piece? If all one piece it seems like it would be a pita masking for the letters or for the background. Love the metallic elements on the black background, very nice effect.
You can still buy Roland ribbon cartridges directly fron Roland.

I'd be willing to give you my RCC disc, hell I'll never use it.
You cover shipping cost.
BUT, if your machine will not even successfully do a self test print or is having...
This cyan misting has started on my SP-300V, it only occurs on High Quality print quality setting and not on the Standard setting. First time I noticed it I cleaned the Encoder Strip and that cleared it right up. Cyan on test print is fine, printer is not on carpet, any thoughts? Could this...
Now I'm confused, which program are you wanting to run this puppy out of?
Flexi or Illustrator?
Which program are you efficent in?
Sounds as though your in a frenzy and with absoloutly no knowledge of how to operate or set-up that printer you are downloading and installing everything under the...
The head cleaning pens are still available from Roland, kind of tricky to find on their site as they are in the wrong catagory.

Have you even done a set-up in Flexi for the PC-600? During software install you select which output devices you will be using and this loads the profiles for that peticular device into Production Manager. Also the first time you click Rip & Print you select which port your printer is utilizing.
Considering that the machine is operating properly the PC600 literally does what it is told to do through colors assigned in artwork and in conjunction with driver or RIP settings, it's really that simple, you just have to employ some thought into what you are designing and how you want it to print.
I thought they were no longer available but after reading your other threads I checked and you can still download drivers and manuals from Rolands site support section.
By the way the PC-600 is in no way a plug and play device such as a desktop printer. Unless you are willing to invest countless hours and hundreds of dollars in ribbons just to familarize yourself with this machine you may never achieve acceptable results from it, most users throw in the towel...
