I'll share with you what I use for optimal output on my PC-600. First off forget all that "print everything in spot color" stuff, I get my best results printing CMY process for most colors. The only time I prefer to print spot color is when I'm just printing black. Next important thing is I...
Rhino Cutting Mats from Speedpress is what I have, works great.
http://www.speedpress.com/products/2/1
Looks like they now will custom cut them to any required size, when I got mine I just put it on the table and ran a router with a roundover bit all the way around the table.
A fully functional Roland sp540v for $4500, I'd jump all over that.
Of course first check the test print and the printout that shows how many times the heads have fired to determine the remaining head life.
Offset is mentioned on page 43-44
Print and Cut Misaligned is mentioned on page 60
Your not being very specific, is it way off or is it a hair off? These things are far from perfect but for most small issues you just have to apply a little common sense, another words if it's just a bit...

This is covered in your owner's / user manual. If you don't have one you can download it from Rolands site.

Sounds like you may have the wrong cartridges and or bar codes, my experience is that anything other than genuine Roland carts are nothing but trouble. Make sure your process carts are CR-MR2 carts specifically for the 600.
By the way, shipping is one of the worst things that can happen to a...
Flexi-Sign Pro will run Roland printers just cant be an older version, probably needs to be version 8.5 or 10. You could probably buy Versaworks quite a bit cheaper, call Roland and ask.
In 2006 I upgraded my Flexi Pro to run my new SP-300V and have not used it yet, Versaworks works great...
Ooops my bad, forgot about the newer models. Here is support info on that model.

You first need to determine if you have a SP-300 or an SP-300V. These printers are USB connectivity and need a USB driver installed first, download USB driver from Roland's web site (support section)...
