Can anyone tell me what the big difference is between Dibond and E-Panel? It is half the cost of Dibond but described as almost identical except the alum is a bit thinner. Any reason to stay away from the E-Panel product? Anyone have opinions on this product good or bad?
I'm not the most knowledgable when it comes to inkjet maintenance but I'd say it's possibly time for a new captop. It's possible that the yellow/magenta print head did not get a good seal on the captop for one reason or another, I would start off with a good manual cleaning along with pulling...
Abrasion resistance and chemical resistance not to mention extended UV resistance, this is why I UV film laminate ALL my thermal resin prints. I have thermal resin vehicle graphics in the field that look great going on 10 years. Yes it's a Roland thermal resin printer.

I have found Flexi Pro to be the most efficent software to run the PC-600, you don't even need to install any Roland drivers. Flexi has it all, just do a set-up for that paticular devise.
If I read your post correctly you used a wet application (Rapid Tac).
I would recommend that the application be done dry.
Post heat to activate adhesive wouldn't hurt either.
Does anyone know where I can locate/purchase a clean version of this design. I searched several clipart collections and was able to locate it in "Clipart Explosion 300,000", it is a .WMF file which imports in to Illustrator, Flexi & Inspire just fine and looks pretty good that is until you zoom...
