Another online option that could be helpful is Signtracker. (www.signtrackeronline.com)
It has a basic CRM built in, as well as full sign shop software. It's $30/month if you do less than $500k/year in billings.

No....We had to swap out some cartridges this morning, but it was in the middle of a job. Then this started. Is there a fix that I can do, or do I need to make a warranty call?

Sure. I tried to take a picture of the nozzle check, but there is too much glare. Here is the print that came out. This was supposed to be black. It ripped as black. Shows up in the preview as black. Prints....This.

Came in this morning and went to run a print - and is only printing pure magenta. I'm trying to print black.
