Nope, clients don't get to tell me how to do a job right. 3mm ACM isn't really thick enough for screws, even 1/4" is thin. So unless you use a different, thicker substrate, like PVC screws wont work.
We have done many of these boards on ACM for a retail client who posts notices in them. We use...
When hand lettering I'm pretty sure we always called it reverse lettering. Since digital took over it
its first/second surface. To the clients it's always been inside or outside
The only advantages we have left over online is design and installation. There are lots of clients who still want someone to listen to what they need and produce a professional design.
And until Amazon puts those buckets on their trucks (won't be surprised) we still have the advantage of...
I sell ready to install lettering, have a group of truck guys that buy them all the time, mostly just about 12"x24". They give me the measurements, I give them a proof. They get a cheap squeege and some instructions I copied somehere years ago.

Like spectrum said you can use pieces of step take to line up the flutes and then i would back the seam with a piece of coro....or I'd talk them into a banner
That's about how we make them except we have the upright go to the ground and thru bolt to the 4"x4". I don't like to quote prices in public but $5-600 plus the sign would be fair
I don't do a lot of ADA but I have one client that we do a bunch for. We have been using a vendor originally speced by the architect, they are OK, but expensive and SLOW. We have a small job to do and no architect involved so I was wondering if anyone had a supplier that has quick turn arounds...
When I was taught sign painting at Butera in the 70s we learned about visual balance and it starts with letters. Round letters look smaller than flat letters if they are exactly the same size.
