Just guessing here but you said the only change you could think of was dropping those fonts.
I'd focus on that and see if you can find any references to X6 font problems on-line.
They did tune up or change the font engine in 6.
I'm still on X5 and font handling seems to be a weak spot for Corel...
I think Firefox has it built in
I did use iespell with internet explorer
worked with mail and online forums and stuff.

I just tried a 6k x 6k out of Draw as a jpg and it crashed.
Saved it out to Photopaint as a tiff and exported it from there as a jpg - no crash.
I did a copy to the clipboard in Draw and pasted as new into PhotoPaint - got the graphic at the right 6k size but it added a white border around the...

This fixes it in 8.6 as well. I always double check a file if I am running it a second or 3rd time. The copies can suddenly change into a long string of singles down the material without doing anything other than opening the Production Manager.
