If the Print carriage was not to the right in the "Home" position then there are other issues than not being able to lift the handle. was the machine shut down in the middle of a job?

well, after limping along for a month or so I decided to replace the head as deflecting nozzle checks kept getting worse. Installed the new Head, entered ranking. Now black is back to where it is supposed to be(fingers crossed.)

ok, here is the deal...banners no matter where you get them from are a Temporary Means of getting you message out. That being said, banner tape will be fine unless you sold them Huge banners, then you need webbing reinforced corners, etc... This guy is just Jakin' you around to see if you will...

Center Hinge. solo 5x10 alumalite couple months ago. I over size prints a hair to allow for fudge room.

have you tried using Graphtec Cutting Master? plugin for Corel.

so I trim about 1/4" off the tubes, filled dampers, pulled waste line, ran a cleaning...wait for it...got my 2 - 3'x4' prints. I want to go ahead and replace the lines. Does anyone know what size tubing or where to get it? Thanks for the help.

I can't help with Signlab, but I know in Cutting Master(Illy plugin) that there are settings for additional advancement after finished cutting. Maybe you have something like that.

what software are you using to cut to the plotter? I use the Illustrator plugin.

UPDATE: Take a look at the pic...broken or pulled out Black & Magenta lines when carriage goes all the way to the left. Causing loss of vacuum/ink. Can I trim these or where is the best place to get replacements? Should I get new O-Rings while I am in there. Would you replace all 4?

art, the nipples are good as far as I can see, dampers will hold ink for extended period. I guess I can see the leveling somewhat, but I print 28" on 30" material all the time without issue. So...why/how am I loosing vacuum on the 2 dampers without any kind of head strike?
