What width material are you using? On my 38" printer I sometimes have to trim about 1/2" off the left(if facing the front of the machine) of 38" material to avoid media read issues.

less than a year old...I would call Graphtec and get them on it. Tell 'em you need a replacement or loaner till they resolve the issue.

Gerber Edges are awesome. The have been around forever(kinda). Short run, quick turnaround, great machine. Back in the day It was the Stuff, and still is very useful.
