    I can't speak for the Arlon, but the 3m control w/ matching lam that we use would be same method. Using cloth gloves(not squeeges) will help with the wrinkles. you might have to throw some heat to make it seat correctly. Good luck.

    The Ink Cartridges can have a draw on them pulling ink back to the cartridge. Change out the dampers to see if it still persists.

    I pulled up file and have a few different settings. Don't know if they make any difference... First Tab, "Selection Only" is not checked. Second Tab, same settings. Third Tab, same settings Fourth Tab, Under Optimize cutting order: "Restrict Media Movement"

    Im a big fan of the head soak. It works. after having my dampers full of muck, I decided to pull the dampers from the head during head soak. still leave attached to lines to keep ink vacuum. Also have taken new dampers and filled with cleaning solution and attached to head to run cleanin fluid...
