    Possible bad Ink Cart? If air still in the line, its coming from one end or the other. Swap Black Cart. Get to where you can see line coming out from Cart(might have to do some minor disassembly of printer), run cleaning cycle, watch to see if air is getting in there.

    Not sure on yours but mine prints the solid colors in 1 pass then moves forward for the angled colored bars. So, the nozzle check would still look good, but there would be extra room between each pass if Step was off.

    When traveling for a few days I will pull the dampers, fill the capping station with cleaning solution, park the heads. If I don't pull the dampers they will suck up the cleaning solution and contaminate the color in each damper.

    Never tried VHB wet. Limit your caffeine intake, it will help keep your hands steady. Not that tough as long as the pattern is good.

    Outside sales people should price higher 110%-120% of normal shop price. They are providing more service vs. the customers that walk in, email, fax, etc.

    The latex paint is the problem. Oil based, even though it stinks to hi heck & takes days to cure, is proally a better choice. Is the humidity high in the area. Maybe try a dehumidifier for a few days-week to remove some moisture. Just my .02...
