are you trying to make a field of the PMS130 reflective? try printing some YM on yellow or lemonyellow reflective for best results. otherwise your best bet is to get the Gerber/3M 280i white, which has the whitest white point of all the reflective vinyls, and print as close as you can manage.

i believe they were .1 increments, i think its in the manual, and you just enter the correct value once... not add to existing/reprint/repeat. extreme values will cause your printer to mimic overspray.

hydrographics uses polyvinyl alcohol to transfer the ink layer, same stuff as listerine strips. +1 to outsourcing your prints to someone else that already has the means. I have only dabbled in a few handguns, stock camo patterns ordered online. having a 3D printer is actually pretty handy...

you have alignment issues. most likely as result of black printhead being replaced recently. you're most likely getting ghosting around the black because your bidirectional print alignment is off. try printing in uni-directional to confirm. alignment procedures start with aligning the black...
