You are converting your fonts to outlines, right? I've always sent 300 DPI jpegs and have never had a problem. Printing something as small as a business card the resolution is perfect, no distortion at all.

I cut paint mask all the time for a custom paint shop around the corner and they've never mentioned a problem. I'd be interested in what caused it....might come in handy for stripping vinyl one day.

Your problem is that your customer doesn't perceive the wrap working for five years. Most customers are in the mindset that they have to be "doing" something for advertising to work. They pay the monthly yellow page bill....they're "doing" their advertising for that month. They pay the local...
