    Around here there are a few steel wholesalers that deliver. If it's a small job there's a place that has cut offs and leftovers, usually with some surface rust though.

    Depending on the project it's about finding out what problem they are trying to solve. But a lot of times it's just a sign don't turn it into an ordeal. Just give them your undivided attention and let them know that you care about their business.

    Pattern depends on the job. But a lot of time we do a pattern of just 1/2"-3/4" bottom of letters and keep tape out of that area. You can apply right over it and slide it off afterwards.

    You need to do a day/night print. I never applied on to the inside (or outside) of a pan face. Not sure how it works to wrap the edge with translucent.
