I do them in house the old school way. Print, mount to substrate, and cutout by hand. Easier on foam-core than corex. With a new blade in my box cutter, it's about 20 minutes max for a clean edge all around.

Yeah my website totally sucks but the two local competitors are worse by far.
I do not offer logo design because I can make way more than $50/hr. with CTRL+P.
I actually turn down most artists also, waste of time.

I'm not trying to be traditional here. We make signs, and upsell to as large as possible. Why would I use a 18x24 corex for my header when a billboard costs the same?
I use Handel Sans for "Signs & Graphics" ALL CAPS because nobody else does and I like it. I own the Adobe Font-Folio as well as...
Is it off left/right, or top/bottom, or both?
Left/Right alignment being off would be a misreading of the expected crop mark location, possibly caused by a dirty encoder strip.
Top/Bottom alignment being off would be caused by X-step calibration being needed, or possibly profile/media...

Any help appreciated.
Thanks,

I have not done website work since about 2006 so I will admit that it is crude. I'm 27 now. Yeah some signs are ugly, everybody with photoshop these days thinks they are a graphic designer. Around this part of OR, the economy is still crap and nobody has money for good signs except the banks. So...
Many of you laughed at my 200 sq.ft. shop, but it has worked out. I am working on the website, and currently have just a slideshow on the homepage, but give it a look and let me know what you think. http://www.dsinez.com

Update:
So I used a syringe and was able to get the ink flowing and sucked out of the end of the line in the printhead cradle. However It still does not work and the printer is telling me to replace the printhead, which is maybe 6 months old and barely used. Thoughts?
My HP 5500psUV 42"(older thing) has been giving me some issues. Gray colors were printing green and I tracked it down to the Light Magenta ink line not having ink in it near the printhead. It has ink in the visible portion of the line near the ink cartridges. So it has presumably dried up...
Thanks, I went ahead and ordered it. I was actually looking at that page before you replied haha.
I just think it's wierd that it went from working fine one print to being screwed up the next print. Wish it was an easier fix...
