My best guess with out Roland SP540V at high speed would be about 10 days worth of printing 8 hours a day. Laminating and cutting and processing and everything I would want at least 30 day lead time for in house.

My monitor isn't calibrated, but my eyes are usually worthy. Try RGB: R=87 G =76 B=52 which also works out to CMYK: C=51 M=57 Y=82 K=43. I normally work in the Adobe1998 color profile as it offers the widest color gamut for CMYK digital printing. -Keith
