    ... We all use the #11 blade. I only get mine in 100 packs from Pincover Industrial Supply. As far as a blade holder, X-acto is junk. I found a great stainless steel blade holder that weighs about 3x as much as a hollow one, and I swear by it...

  5. GX-300 - Spring for sheet cut blade fell off.

    And I can't for the life of me figure out where it goes. This is a small spring that holds the sheet cut blade up in the carriage. Any help?

    Dually Noted, Kerning sucks. Sometimes I get too wrapped up in the other details. I set the kerning in Illy to Optical from Automatic, and didn't take notice that last R way over there. haha. Luckily 1 person in 1,000 will notice that.

    If they are portrait, you need to rotate the front 90 degrees clockwise, and the back 90 degrees counter. They reprinted 5,000 rack cards for me but I learned. How they print them, they don't flip over the axis your hand flips them.

    Do you have a workflow for indentifying these btw? Do you run a quick mental check, then go to whatthefont.com, then try your font navigator library, then check a list of font websites like signfonts, then resort to here?

    Thanks Tiki. I was able to just trace what I had. I think this one might be worth the $50, so long as I can pass the cost on and use the font later :)
