a brand new oem blade holder and blade should have fixed it, but what about the cutter strip? Always been one of those three when cutting quality declines.Usually it's the bearings in the blade holder wearing out.

you know what, try just running a head cleaning cycle 3-4 times in a row. i bet that 'll fix it .

did you check the signwarehouse website ? they have helpful info on issues with their rebranded graphtecs. your 7000 would be the same as their Vinyl Express Q130

font looks like an altered SERPE D BOLD . maybe serpe d bold with a rounded outline applied ?

in a typical urethane base coat/clear coat system ( Dupont, PPG ) , the metallic is in the base coat. in a custom job, it could be in the clear, but it wouldnt be in the final coat of clear or you would not be able to "color sand", polish, or buff it. I checked, and it is typically aluminum...

i have exactly the same problem . unfortuantely, as I am new to the printing world, i dont know what the real fix is. what i do for a work around is to simply adjust my color on screen and print small scale samples until i achieve the desired result. i'd be interested to know what the solution...

i did some sales promo mags for a car dealer. they were placed on brand new cars out on the sales lot. the cars may have been washed a couple times over the course of a month. the magnets welded themselves to the paint and were ruined. a little wax alleviated the problem if applied before...
