If you RUN THE SHOP, and the owner(s) are only there part-time from what you are saying, then you should be put in charge of the payroll and have cheque writing authority. They trust you enough to keep the business going day to day, so they should trust you enough to have cheque writing...

I totally agree with using a different font for the names. That script makes them look like one big blur... very hard to read.

I can't imagine that a company like Corel doesn't know that this goes on and they will "accommodate" for that in some way. Surely they realize when the same user signs up under a different name... they can likely track the user's IP address (if they sign up from the same computer each time)...
